บท 42: Chapter 42 Investigation

Bisha was silently reading the statements of students and teachers that they provided to police. She was in presence of her blond hair secretary, Aizawa, Toshinori, and Principal Nezu.

"Relissa, is that all?" Bisha asked her secretary.

"Hai, Bisha-sama. That must be all." Relissa said.

"Bisha, I am sorry. I was not able to protect-

"Stop right there Toshinori!" Toshinori wanted to say something but Bisha stopped him. "You are indeed irresponsible for not being there but I won't blame you for your capabilities since we have fought side by side. I will never blame you for what happened to Rex." Bisha calmly said.

Toshinori still remained apologetic but nodded. Aizawa also wanted to say something but Bisha stopped her.

"Aizawa, I also don't doubt your capabilities. After all, I trained you so I know you have put your life on the line to protect them. Relax a bit okay?" Bisha said and Aizawa nodded. She then looked at Principal Nezu with intimidating eyes, "Although if one should be blamed, it must be Principal Nezu."

"As I said Bisha-sama, I take full responsibility for my negligence. I am ready to forfeit my position." Nezu calmly said.

"Sigh* I don't have any say as Pro Heroes Association head since this school came under Ministry of Education so they will deal with this matter." Bisha sighed and said. She knew that those lazy asses were full of assholes that she wanted to kill but Rex and Yato both stopped her. She will come into the spotlight and then they use her as a scapegoat of justice and peace while keeping their dirty work in the background.

Bisha looked at Relissa and nodded. Relissa nodded and said, "Everyone, please stand up and close your eyes."

They didn't know but they abide by her order. Suddenly they felt land under their feet changed. They opened their eyes and were amazed by the view.

They were in USJ again and it was daytime. They looked around and saw a group of students who were entering the facility with Aizawa and 13.

"Meet Relissa Yatogami. She has a space-related quirk. Let's see a live movie." Bisha said.

They were amazed by her quirk. She didn't say illusion but space, meaning that they were in USJ for real. It was a rare quirk and they are thankful that she was on their side.

They then started to see what happened in USJ. 13 was explaining about her quirk when Rex started to stiff and look around.

"Sensei, is that aura sensing ability?" Aizawa asked.

"Yes, it is similar to mine but I can sense it like my sixth sense while Rex can smell aura but he also has danger sense. He still loses control of his emotions that's why he wears the mask. It stops his sense of smell to some extent." Bisha explained.

They have to say she trained her son well and also aware of his weakness. They saw how Rex controlled the situation by sending Ida to ask for help. He could have gone himself but he didn't want to risk the lives of his classmates.

They saw that the fog villain teleported them to different locations with few remaining. The scene also changed and they found themselves in another area where Rex, Momo, Kyoka, and Kaminari landed.

"What happed to his quirk?" Toshinori asked when Rex failed to build his machines.

"Something is wrong. He used his Technopathy on fog villain." Bisha said while thinking.

Rex asked Momo to give him an iron chain to fight the villains alone without his quirk.

"Is he serious? He was going to fight without his quirk?" Toshinori was surprised when Rex alone was walking towards a group of villains with chains.

"I trained my both sons to fight even without a quirk. Ryu is quirkless and Rex's quirk is also unstable. For this day to come, I trained both of them how humans used to fight before the age of quirks." Bisha explained.

Toshinori felt a little lost. He was quirkless and so was Midoriya. They needed a powerful quirk to fight villains and become heroes yet Rex has a quirk but he was fighting with a normal-looking weapon. Even in the battle trial, Rex didn't use his quirk but his brain to win the fight. He felt bad for dragging Midoriya, a weak-looking kid, into this mess.

Rex started to fight. Aizawa, Nezu, and Toshinori, all had their mouths dropped to the ground. Rex was fighting like a professional fighter. He first beat villains using martial arts and then binds them in the chain. Not only they but Momo, Kyoka, and Kaminari were also looking with their mouths wide open.

"Isn't his fighting style a little… crude?" Nezu asked with concern.

While fighting, Rex was breaking many of their bones and cutting them slightly to incapacitate them for life.

"He only knows how to fight. In a situation like this, one cannot afford to make loose ends. For becoming a hero, it's up to a school how you teach him." Bisha explained proudly.

"In short, Rex-sama doesn't know how to hold back," Relissa explained. They looked at Bisha who averted her eyes.

Next Rex smashed the ground and pull out a villain. He then stabbed the hand of the villain and started to question him.

"He reminds me of your Bisha." Toshinori sighed and said but Bisha remained silent. Bishamon and Endeavor were only heroes who were also specialized in investigating. And for that, they knew how to make someone talk and they all could see what Rex was doing now.

They came to know the names of two main bosses of groups. The fog man was Kurogiri while the boss' name was Shigaraki. Also, they came to kill All Might.

Then Rex asked Kaminari to use electrification on villains and him. They were worried but then thought that Rex's Quirk works like a machine then maybe a little spark would start his quirk again.

And that's what happened but this time Bisha noticed Rex's expression changing. She knew that what Rex has been waiting, had finally come to him.

Then he moved to the position where Aizawa and other villains were fighting. Aizawa felt a little bad that Rex had to save him.

"Oi, Aizawa, who is that green hair kid? He is close to fighting area with two of his noncombatant friends." Bisha asked.

Aizawa shook his head and said, "He is Izuku Midoriya. He is new to heroics so he doesn't know much." Aizawa said and Toshinori sighed a little. Aizawa would have leaked the secret but for sake of All Might, Aizawa didn't reveal Midoriya's secret identity, All Might's successor.

"Make sure to teach him how to take precautions. I wouldn't be surprised if he got injured using his quirk." Bisha said.

Aizawa snickered while Toshinori shook his head. Bisha was spot on in this. Midoriya using his quirk and breaking bones was usual for him.

Then they saw that just when Nomu was going to smash Aizawa's head, Rex cut his arm and saved Aizawa by kicking Nomu. Rex then fought Shigaraki and also questioned him about the mastermind of this plan.

Bisha glanced at Toshinori who looked down. She sighed from this cat and mouse game between All Might and his nemesis. She fought side by side with All Might to take down the criminal empire of AFO. Bisha received the news that All Might had defeated AFO with a killing blow but now it is clear that where this train is going.

She can't blame All Might for not killing AFO since he was a strong hero who even continued to fight despite his injury.

Rex continued to fight Shigaraki and Nomu until he cut Nomu with his new navy blue weapons. Nezu looked at Bisha with concern since her son just took the life of a person.

"Don't fret Principal Nezu, that thing is not human. Even if it was, I don't think it would be wise to put your own life in danger by capturing an elephant with a stick." Bisha said.

Then All Might entered like a hero. Taking this opportunity of distraction, Kurogiri tried to teleport Tomura as fast as possible but Rex was fast as he approached Tomura. Then Kurogiri called the name, Emiya.

In just a millisecond, Rex's hand flew in the air. They were all in awe as they looked to the side and saw that man in a red outfit whose face was covered. He materialized a gun and shoot Rex's left eye.

"Even in rewind, I didn't notice that he was standing there," Toshinori said but then saw Bisha's was just standing there looking at that man. "What is it Bisha?" Toshinori asked.

"Sensei isn't he…" Aizawa was also surprised but his words remain in his mouth.

"He is an SS class assassin…" Bisha said then composed herself. "Not only that but he knew Rex very well. He is not an ordinary assassin."

"What do you mean Bisha-sama?" Nezu asked.

"Rex has a good defense and it not possible to hurt him even with normal bullets. That Emiya guy used a specialized weapon and that gun was also made out of nowhere, was also a powerful gun. He purposely didn't kill Rex yet he injured him… I don't know if I should be grateful that Rex was not killed or angry that he hurt my son."

Bisha was angry but then sighed. There was nothing she could do for the moment.

"Still, he is an SS class yet why I never heard of him…" Bisha muttered.

"True, even I don't have any record of him," Nezu said.

Then Relissa undid the illusion and they returned to the original room. Relissa sighed a little since she was exhausted.

"Take a rest. You have done a good job." Bisha smiled.

Just they were about to sit, they heard a noise from the next room where Rex was resting. They hurriedly ran to his room but didn't find anyone.

"Bisha-sama…" Relissa said pointing at a boy looking at the sun falling with a glittering orange sky.

He slowly removed his bandages from his left arm and eye. Slowly crimson sparks started to surround Rex as new bones and flesh started to appear forming his hand. Rex turned around and smiled.

"Sky is nice, right?" Rex said with glittering crimson red eyes.

To be honest, I nearly dropped this fic but after seeing a good response, I decided to complete this story first.
