"Should we run, or stay and watch?" Zelina asked Ulrike sheepishly, as they watched the people at the party make a run back to their homes.

The beast of the midlands was the one creature no one wanted to meet face to face. He was a horror, a reminder that they had to learn to be good people to face his wrath.

His showing up on the night of the full moon, could only mean that he wanted someone to pay the price, or at least that was what was going on in the minds of everyone in the midlands when the growl was heard.

"Go! Both of you, leave, this instant!" Unar said to his friends who just looked at him wondering what he was on about.

"Come on guys, the fucking beast of the midlands is around," Unar added when they just stayed there with him.

"Alanor may be a beast, child, but the son of Wynter only wants one thing, and that is your father. Trust me, everyone who was there that day knows that the only person who hurt him worse than everyone was your father.
