บท 23: The Only One
The Day before the match~~~
Yui was sitting alone after school.
(Why...... why bad things keep happening to me.......)
She looked out of the window, and saw two birds together, they seemed to be happy, and seemed to love each other a lot.
(Actually, who am I toTakashi? Am I still his girlfriend? Or did he still think that I am? Although I know Tachibana wasn't serious to me, what I actually wanna know is......

(I wanted to trust you but..... I don't know, I feel uncomfortable whenever I was thinking about the confession scene I saw...... I knew it was fake, but I am afraid it will really happened in the future........

After looking outside the window for a while,Yui started to pack up her things, and at this moment Takashi was walking back to his classroom.
Yui saw Tachibana and left with him, and this moment Takashi walked past.
"Yui!.........." Takashi suddenly stopped calling her after he saw them walking together.
(Maybe i found my answer already, maybe that's the only way......)
After Yui had left with Tachibana, Tachibana soon went to the park and saw three boys bullying a little boy, he came to rescue him and it made him remember the old days with his crush Rikka. And after all the waiting, he finally met her once again, and confessed to her. And he told her what he had done.
"Tachibana-Kun, actually, what do you actually think of the girl and the boy?"
"Actually, I was just trying to take away anything that I think is good, even though she belonged to someone else..... I am such a bad guy......."

"Tomorrow morning?" Tachibana felt confused.
"What was that?" Rikka asked.

Tachibana was walking to the place where Takashi told him to meet up, and it seems that Takashi is not in a happy mood.
"Hey, what's up, I still got things to do, is still not match time yet? isn't it?" Tachibana asked.
"......" Takashi didn't talk.
"Hey, I know you are afraid of losing, so you could forfeit the match, haha."
Tachibana was just joking, but the response shocked him."
"Yes, I would like to forfeit the match." Takashi replied.

"That's so boring... and unacceptable..." Tachibana felt a bit angry and he wanted to leave.
"please wait, I need to tell you something before you go." Takashi said

"......." Tachibana kept listening.
"So please….. make her happy in the future too, I know that I can't make her trust me, but she was the most important person to me, I love her alot, more than myself. if this is the best way for her, I don't mind suffering myself."
"I told you he was a person worth trusting,Yui, you can't find another person like this in the world i guess.” Tachibana said.
"Eh?" Tachibana got tears in his eyes, but when he looked back. He got more tears in his eyes.
Yui was standing beside them and listened to everything. And why is she here? Because after Takashi sent Tachibana a message, Tachibana told Yui to come without telling her Takashi is also coming, that’s why she heard all the things.
"I think it will be better if i go now, take your time." Tachibana left.
"Yui... i am sorry..... I made you scared again......" Takashi said
"Sorry Takashi, sorry, I should have trusted you. I am such a bad person. Sorry." She hugged Takashi tightly.
"Are we still boy and girlfriend?" Takashi asked
"Of course! We always are!" Yui said.
"But, I thought you were with Tachibana........"
"Of course not, I am just a friend of him "
"I see."
"I only got one boyfriend, and he is standing in front of me."
"Please, don't leave me alone again, I need you."
"I need you too."
"Promise?" Takashi asked.
"I Promise." Yui replied
After school that day~~~
"Hey, let's have a friendly match, Tachibana."
"Why not?"
Yui is sitting on the audience bench, and watching these two boys playing basketball happily.
