She scarcely said anything before leaving, and shut the door after her.
I rested my head over the pillow, to take a nap.
“I must be crazy,” I mused with a sigh.
“Be….ep…,” the silence of air got covered in the honks of cars in a few minutes, I opened my eyes as it was disturbing.
“Really!,” I mumbled and shifted my legs down the bed carefully and moved to the window with a walking stick.
The media vans were encircling the hospital. My bodyguards were busy talking out with them. I shifted myself away, as their cameras were pointed at the hospital.
“Err, that dumb, I clearly told him I’d take the treatment,” I mumbled, dailing to Noah.
“Hello,” he said, picking up the call.
“Are you joking with me, huh?” I shouted, as soon as he picked up the call.
“What happened, you okay?” he asked, in a concerned tone.
“The whole nation’s media is outside the hospital, and you’re asking I’m okay? No I’m not,” I replied, in rage.
“I haven’t informed anybody, expect Mr. Lee,” he replied.
“Uh! that old, geezer,” I mumbled.
“Come and manage things here,” I said, hanging up on him.
“Ah, my head! the troops of every dumb people of this country is engaged with me,” I mumbled moving out to her cabin, to assure her that they, will leave soon.
******
“Dr. Joy…,” I said, knocking on the wooden door of her office, which was in a very poor state. The locks were almost broken, the corners were worn out.
“Dr. Joy, are you inside?” I asked, as she didn’t respond for a long time.
“Dr. Joy,” I repeated, unlocking the door, to step inside. It was empty.
“Seriously, she left me in the hospital, alone without even a nurse, What a useful fellow,” I thought with a scoff.
“It’s mine,” I said, as my eyes caught on a white envelope, my name was written on it with bold black print.
I opened the envelope, took the papers out. A lot of reports and X-ray were there.
“Ah, these are my reports,” I mumbled, placing them back. A paper swiftly slips down on the floor from the bundle.
“Not now!” I mumbled. And shifting myself down slowly to pick the paper.
“Ah..,” I gasped.
“What? Exactly you’re doing here,” I mumbled gazing at Joy.
She was sitting inside the table, covering her face, as a scared child.
“Leave?” she mumbled, without looking at me.
“You okay?” I asked, putting my hands over her hands.
“Leave,” I said, her voice thundered in the room, as she threw my hand away.
“Okay, no need to be that rude,” I mumbled, shifting away, as I left the room quietly.
“What’s with her, did she have done something wrong?
“Why would anyone hide there?” I mused gazing at the cabin door.
