Familiar Faces
As you're about to finish your stroll around Town, the Foxes want to go shopping.
"Dan~! Let's go shopping~!" Katie teasingly suggests.
With nothing to oppose, you obey their Wish.
The Foxes have a smile on their Face and dash towards the Shop. Entering it, they swiftly grab a basket each and together head to the Food Lane.
"Dan, how much do you have on you?" Kate worries.
"I got 50,000... so don't worry too much." you reassure them.
They brighten up again, they grab a few snack boxes. Seemingly having chosen energy and protein bars over regular salt-flavoured snacks, like Chips.
"Oh~ Hey Sis, look.. is that Nonna?" Katie asks.
"It sure looks like her, she's together with Yui and Yua as well." Kate adds.
"Let's go say hi then." you tell them, they swiftly move towards them.
As you three enter the Lane, Yui and Yua are immediately surprised and start wagging their Tails, just like your Foxes.
"Greetings Dan." Nonna says gently.
"Nice to see you three again." you greet them.
"It's been a while, how are you three doing? You like the House?" you ask them.
"We do Caretaker~! A lot! Thank you so much for helping us!" Yua playfully says.
"It's wonderful Dan, these two are such a big help. They love the Town as well. We can't thank you enough!" Nonna shows her gratitude.
The Chatter continues until the Shop announces its Closing Time. Browsing through common subjects to talk about, time passes quickly. It is late evening already, dinner must be made.
"Alright, take care you three been nice talking to ya!" you wave them off.
"Same here Dan, take care!" Nonna waves you off.
"Stay safe Empresses! See you soon Caretaker!" Yui and Yua say together, waving.
That was a nice chatter, the Girls are looking at the wares they bought. They share a happy nod.
"What's up you two?" you say playfully.
"We know what we're going to make for Dinner Dan!" Kate happily announces.
"Glad to hear it... would be happier if you two cooked in nothing but an apron~" you whisper into their Fox Ears.
"D-Dan~... you know we can't do that. We've got Children in the House~!" they respond.
"Some other time then~" you whisper, putting your hands on their Hips.
A soothing evening walk, the thought of temporary Retirement comes to mind.
Arriving home, you close the door once everyone is inside. The Foxes change their Clothes quickly and immediately start preparing Dinner. Kally sits beside you.
"Kally, what's with your Hands?" you ask, shocked.
"Oh, don't worry about it. I've been working in the Garden lately, it's soothing to do so again." she explains.
"Kally, you have to watch your Hands. Kate, could you help me please?" you ask your Girlfriend.
Kate curiously looks at Kally's hands, Mila is in Tilu's Arms.
"Kally~, you have to be more careful. These might be small cuts and scratches but you've got children to take care of. Soft hands are a must~." Kate suggests.
"Of course, I apologize for causing trouble." Kally puts her head down.
"No need to be ashamed. If I show you my hands, you'll run away~" you say jokingly.
"Master Dan~! That can't be true right?" Kally is shocked.
"Dan, what are you talking about?" Kate says, also shocked.
"I'm just joking, calm down you two." you say with a laugh.
They let out a sigh of relief, Dinner is ready to be served. Everyone takes a seat and starts to enjoy the meal.
"Ladies, what would you say if I retire permanently?" you ask out of the blue.
Everyone gives you a confused stare,
"Dan, you can do that. And I can tell why..." Katya says, giving a smile to the Foxes.
"But you can't just retire because of us! Who would bring in money then..." Kate drops her head low.
"Don't worry you two, he's an Old War Dog by now. His rent will be four times higher than the average worker." Katya adds, reassuring them.
"May we ask how much it is?" Katie asks.
"Well, right now... my lowest salary, if I wouldn't do Raids anymore. Could only be 128,000 Roubles a month." you proudly say.
Your Girlfriends gasp at the number visually shocked,
"Dan~! A-and, what's the Max?" they ask.
"That would be 1,46 Million Roubles." Katya proudly says.
"Whaaat?! That enormous!" the Foxes gasp for air.
"But Dan, for that sum you have to do one more Mission or a couple of Raids." Katya says, sad.
"If I'll expand the Area of Influence of Russia around Deiya's Outpost, will that be enough?" you ask her.
"Certainly! Not that what you did until now wouldn't be enough, but my Husband keeps saying you should do more even if you have a family." Katya says, letting her head drop.
"It'll be fine, don't worry. Maybe it will be over once we win against NATO, we just have to clean out the infected." you say proudly.
Katya agrees to your words, the Dinner goes on. Everyone enjoys their Meals and heads to their respective Rooms.
You've checked the front door and all the windows. Now, you're laying in between your Foxes on the Bed.
"Dan, why would you retire?" Kate asks again.
"Because if we want to have Children I want to see them grow happy and without a worry in the world except with what to play with next." you tell them.
They snuggle up to you, digging their Heads into your Chest. Their Tails slowly stroking your abdomen.
"Thank you Girls, without you I couldn't have reached this far." you tell them, giving each a good night kiss.
"Good Night Dan, sleep well!" they say, pulling the blanket over the three of you.
Prepared to get some soothing Night's Sleep, together with your Foxes you slowly... drift into sleep, dreaming of a bright and happy future.
