"I am sorry," finally he apologizes. Leo rubbed the back of his neck as he started, "I know I did a really stupid thing and you're upset about it-" 

Alaina interjected him mid way, "Oh no, I'm Furious, actually!" 

"Alright, furious is deserved, but I got held up and I really couldn't come. I'm sorry you had to go thru all that." he apologized looking sincere as he looked her in the eye with his puppy dog eyes.

"Well that's right you should be sorry and I went thru hell because of you so-" Alaina stopped talking mid way when she actually processed to what he had really said.

Didn't he just say 'You had to go thru all that'? What 'all that' is he talking about? Does he know what happened with her or is he just generally saying it judging by her fury. 

Alaina was going to voice her confusion to know what he meant by that when she looked down and something caught her eye. Last time it was Ivar and now it's him?
