Esther and Michelle went to her apartment. Michelle's father already left her apartment. Esther already sent her people to suppress the news about Michelle, Nicholas, and Kris. So… there was nothing for her to feel pressure from the news outlets.

She wanted to talk with Michelle but she felt that it was not appropriate.

"Shelly, give me your nightdress. I want to change into it," Esther asked.

Michelle gave Esther her nightdress. Esther removed her makeup and bathed. Folding her dress and ornaments neatly she placed them in a bag and kept them aside so that she could take them back easily.

Even though she loves Cyrus, sometimes he could be too annoying to the point that she wanted to scratch his face with her nails. They were already fighting for the past two days and adding to that… he took her before the banquet. It's not like she hated it. It's just that he doesn't know what to do at times!

She huffed at the memory of him.
