บท 22: The Man

"Flora, as my soul becomes one with you. I am starting to forget his face, and I don't remember his name. My soul has been in slumber during these eighteen years living in you. My memories were a mess," Winter paused, looking hesitant to say more. "That is why I gave you a different memory thinking it would make you happier than seeing mine."

My body boiled in anger, but I kept calm. If Winter didn't do this to me. I wouldn't become a mess or confuse someone like Kaeden. He has been waiting for a hundred years and thinks his lover is back to life. 

But he's wrong. I'm not Floriana of the past but Winter, the keeper of the silver tree. This is a mess, and I have to clear this out with him. Or if Kaeden walked out of the room earlier because he realized that I was not the person he was looking for.
