บท 155: 147. Testing
Vegeta recovered his arm after a long while and stood up. He looked around and saw all the girls sitting around while talking to each other. He just looked at all of them with a smile and walked over towards them.
"Do you know where Kratos is?" Vegeta stood in front of them and asked.
"He should be in the room 22". Momo replied back and then continued chatting with the girls.
Vegeta shrugged his shoulders and walked over towards the room. The base was silent at this time and looked like everyone else was resting in their rooms and it was idle at this time. Vegeta walked over to the room and knocked on the door.
"Come in". A gruff voice came from inside and Vegeta pushed the door to go inside the room.
Kratos was sitting on the bed as he faced towards the door. Vegeta came in and constructed a chair from Ki and sat down in front of Kratos as they looked at each other. "I have caused enough chaos in Greek Pantheon and levelled it to the ground". Vegeta looked at Kratos solemnly, took a deep breath and continued.
"Now the Gods will be Vigilant of me and it will not be easy to do a surprise attack again. We need a plan, you are strong no doubt but your power alone is not enough to face 2-3 pantheons together at the same time. I need to grow my strength, so I was thinking of going back to the Underworld to fight and train". Vegeta looked at Kratos as he spoke everything clearly with a bit of reluctance. He just came back and had to go again for training.
"I can take you there". Kratos like always just spoke concisely without too much nonsense.
"Okay, we will leave in a week. I have to spend some time with my family and then we can leave again". Vegeta said as he stood up from his chair. He was reluctant to go but tough times call for tough decisions and he couldn't back down now that he had another way of increasing his strength.
Shortening the time it takes for him to use transform and use Life energy are really essential for him at the moment. He got out of the room and went to the girls sitting in the training chamber talking with each other.
He got inside and stood in front of all of them and looked at them solemnly. The girls sensed Vegeta's mood and stopped talking. "I want to view all of your strength. So come at me one by one to let me check". Vegeta said and got in the middle of the room.
The first to come forward was Nejire. She got in front of Vegeta and immediately sprinted at him and used her fist against Vegeta's palm. Her attack made Vegeta's arm numb. Nejire had the power to kill High-class monsters Single handedly. So she was strong enough to contend against Vegeta's max power in his base form.
Nejire saw her attack failed and immediately used a Rasengan and used it like a punch against Vegeta. Vegeta covered his palm with Ki and received Nejire attack calmly. The attack caused a bang and pushed Vegeta's palm back.
"Very good, you have improved very well. You have enough power to contend against a High class monster". Vegeta nodded his head in satisfaction and signalled her to back down.
Nejire went back and Momo came to the front this time. Vegeta nodded at her and just stood there leisurely like before. Like Nejire, Momo first used her fist to test her strength and then used a rail gun of maximum size to blast a projectile at Vegeta.
Vegeta used a Ki shield and tested the power of her gun. His smile grew more and more as he felt the progress of the girls. He motioned the rest of them and one by one, all of them started to test their powers against Vegeta like before.
For Tio, Vegeta had to go Super Saying to test her out. He was quite happy to find out that Tio had grown quite fast as well. From his experience, Tio was the strongest followed by Ophis, Nejire with her unique energy manipulation, Gabriel, Serafall, Momo, Toru with her assassin techniques, Kuroka, Bulma, Akeno and Koneko. Scathach, Grayfia, Yasaka and Kunou weren't there so he didn't know there standing yet.
"Okay, you guys are strong enough for me to not worry in this area. But this is not enough, our enemies are the Gods and I need you guys to be strong enough to face at least the Minor Gods. So we will have to up your training". Vegeta praised them first but then pulled them down to the ground before they get too inflated.
"Master~, contending against Minor Gods will be very hard as there is a Bottleneck that has to be broken before you can transition into a God safely". Tio spoke coquettishly at first but then explained seriously.
"Don't worry about that. You first accumulate enough strength, when it is time for transition. I will think of a way". Vegeta waved his hand and said.
"I have a week with you guys here and in this week, I will devise a training plan for everyone in this abseils. I have to go and train somewhere to accumulate strength and I can't have you guys lagging too far behind". Vegeta looked a them solemnly and spoke his intentions.
"You just came back to us. Do you have to go so soon". Momo had tears in her eyes when she heard Vegeta's words.
"You know our circumstances. I cannot growing stronger for everyone's sake. Don't worry, this parting will probably be the final one. Hopefully, I will grow strong enough to keep you guys safe". Vegeta hugged Momo and coaxed her softly while patting her hair.
"I want you guys to be strong and bear with me during this period of time". Vegeta let go of Momo and spoke to all the Girls there.
"We will". All of them said seriously.
