บท 151: 143. Get Away 3
When Clone 2 was taking the girls away. Clone 1 was keeping Apollo completely busy in the fight, unaware that he was being watched by High Level Gods at the meeting. Vegeta's cover of being dead was blown due to this stupid decision by the girls.
Now the enemy which could snipe from the Dark at any time was completely out in the open. A good opportunity to completely isolate and make a sudden strike on the Gods was lost and Vegeta had still not found out.
This would cost him dearly when he would be confronting the Gods in the future. But he certainly wouldn't regret doing. For him, his family comes first and then any other thing. He is not a fool, he could escape from Hell safely but the others wouldn't be like him.

Clone 1 blasted Apollo with a Galick Gun in the face and sent him flying. Apollo exerted strength and rode the blast and got some distance from the Clone. "I see that you weren't killed and actually got stronger than before". Apollo had a cut on his face because of the blast which was healing at a rate visible to the naked eye.
The clone just looked at Apollo for a moment and without saying anything came back to fight with Apollo in full force. He spun quickly in the air and delivered a devastating kick right into Apollo's abdomen. Apollo cocked his bow as he flying back an fired a shot at Vegeta's Clone.
The clone tilted his body and narrowly dodged the arrow coming towards him. He joined his hands and fired a Ki Blast with extreme speed at Apollo. Apollo used a special arrow infused with Divinity and clashed with the Clone's Ki Blast but Apollo wasn't a Major God for nothing and quickly overpowered the beam coming at him with his arrow.
The Clone defended himself with a Ki shield and successfully diverted the arrow. Apollo fired a shot in the sky and suddenly gigantic arrows started raining at the clone with extreme power and ferocity. The clone used a quickly constructed a thick Ki shield to block the bombardment and used the other hand to sent a volley of Ki blasts at Apollo in the meantime.
The Ki blasts disrupted Apollo's spell and cancelled the volley of arrows firing at the Clone but the Clone had also lost a significant amount of energy. There was just enough to fire 2-3 more shots and his energy would completely bottom out.
The clones may be convenient and powerful but they only had 20% of Vegeta's reserves so they weren't the universal solution to everything. They could be used for diversion tactics or Kamekaze attacks.
The clone felt his situation and made a ruthless decision. He sped at Apollo, who was preparing to send another volley towards the clone. Seeing the clone coming at him, he sneered and cocked an arrow to fire again. The Clone disregarded everything and quickly enveloped his arms around Apollo like an Octopus.
BOOM!
A devastating explosion rang as the clone blew itself after holding onto Apollo. The explosion caused fissures in the sea and the land near to where they were fighting. The area was covered with a thick smoke from the explosion.
After a while, Apollo came out of the explosion with a bruised body that looked a bit painful but it was just some red patches that were healing fast and at a rate visible to the naked eye. All the monsters and the heroes stopped what they were doing and looked at the site of Explosion with incredulous eyes.

"That Mortal is not dead!" Zeus looked at the situation and the figure that fought Apollo and thought furiously in his heart.
"Zeus, you sent Apollo into our Shinto Territory without permission!" Amaterasu looked at Zeus with a gloomy expression and said with an angered tone. 'Since you guys helped my people, I can cover for you a little bit'. Amaterasu was deliberately making a big scene to cover the escape of Vegeta's family at the moment.
"You think you are powerful so you don't need to give any of us Face?" Jade emperor looked at Zeus with eyes that were about to spit out fire.
"I needed to check it out urgently. So I had no other choice". Zeus just shrugged his shoulders and didn't bother to talk much with any of the two.
"Zeus, this is a serious violation of the rules between us. If this happens again in the future, our Hindu Pantheon doesn't mind going to war with you". Shiva opened his eyes for the first time since he was here and anger could be clearly seen on his face.
Zeus looked at Shiva's anger and shrank his neck a little from fear. Shiva was the God of Destruction and the strongest entity between them at the moment. Although, he was unscrupulous but he wasn't braindead.
Zeus didn't reply back and just kept looking in Shiva's eyes. Even though he was a bit afraid, he didn't want his pride and dignity to be trampled in front of everyone. "Let's see in the future". Zeus grumbled and replied back.
After this little scuffle, the atmosphere in the meeting hall was completely tense. The minor Gods there felt like they siting on pins and needles.

Vegeta was peacefully guiding the barrier to return back to the Home world while chatting with the others onboard. Suddenly, a good amount of memories rushed into his brain. After seeing the memories, his expression changed and he suddenly revved the speed of travel up several notches.
"What happened Vegeta?" Gabriel, who was clinging to Vegeta looked at his worried expression and asked.
"Something happened back home". Vegeta replied back as he concentrated fully on controlling the barrier.
"Kratos get ready, we might have to fight as soon as we get there". Vegeta didn't look at Kratos but just instructed accordingly. Kratos' face turned solemn when he heard Vegeta's words and got on alert for any unforeseen circumstances.
