Mrs Berenice and Kate knocked on the door of Reista's room, Reista knew who was coming. just telling them to come in and sit on the living room sofa, Reista was still busy making her favorite Chamomile tea.

Deliberately making Mrs. Berenice and Kate wait, Reista is actually lazy to serve them both. moreover Reista knows that they came only to complain about the incident.
