With his old opponent gone, the space became undefended, and Mnec's divinity was able to freely spread and erode the special space. The mountains and skeleton slowly started to further decay, the seemingly indestructible skeletal structures crumbling, losing their peculiar aura and turning into minute particles as they were irradiated by the concept of death contained in the powerful divinity.

Mnec focused on his deceased opponent's body, using it as a conduit and medium. He quickly found what he was looking for: the planet where his target was being housed/imprisoned. Incidentally, it was also the planet where Mordor originated.
