Eric had a clear questioning and confused expression on his face as he asked that question, but inside he was grinning.

It wasn't that he didn't understand what she meant, or the misunderstanding that was created in her head until now, it was just that he wanted to make her embarrassed and acknowledge it.

As for actually doing the deed with her, the truth was that he didn't want to. Not because she didn't look good enough, of because he pitied her, but because of her loose character.

He had his own limits and boundaries. He wouldn't care if a woman wasn't pure and chaste, as that was nonsense, it wasn't like every woman out there would wait for him.

But he would never start a relationship with a drug addict, or someone that was unable to weather her difficulties and chose the simple path ahead.

He felt that this type of woman was distrust able, as at any moment she could sell him away due to her addictions.
