บท 34: Chapter 34

Eros'S POV

My eyes were rooted on her as the machine beeped. Her heart rate was steady and I was told that she was stressed. That was the reason she passed out.?

She was stressed because of me. I watched her from where I sat, in the bed next to hers as her chest raised and dropped, breathing evenly.

She was angry at me, I understood that much but I was at peace a little —at least I got to see her. A smile graced my lips as I stumbled towards her. My knees were scarred and it didn't help that I already had unhealed scars there before.

"Hey baby" I whispered and rubbed her cheek with my knuckles.

"I missed you so fucking much and I hate myself f-for whatever pain I might have caused you" I whispered and glanced at her addicting plump lips.

"I'm sorry" tears spilled to my eyes and I took her warm hands in mine. I pressed my lips to the back of her palm.

She had similar bags under her eyes and her bold plump lips parted as she sucked in a heavy breath.
