When I had heard the fat man's words which I know now his name is Budel, I was initially quite surprised as I didn't expect the random Caravan that I saved would somehow be connected to the Royal Family of the Kingdom he had washed up on after that massive storm yesterday.

But when I took a closer look at the caravan, although, at first look, it looked like any other caravan out there, I then realized as I looked more carefully that the Caravan was made out of reasonably rare materials that is semi-expensive for low members of nobility like Baron and Knight Nobility.

But as I saw these things, I don't care about them much since I had already seen more luxurious stuff, from all the treasures I had obtained from Baal's dungeon even though I hadn't used any of them. And due to my goal for exploring the seven seas, I don't think that I would need those things for now, since I doubt I could bring such luxuries in my adventure without getting in constant trouble from greedy pirates and such.

The actual main reason is that I don't have any friends or people e to manage a luxurious ship. So anyway, when I heard Budel's arrogant form, from being just a subordinate of the Balbadd Prince's Merchant group, which implies him not being a high rank among the Merchant Group the Balbadd Prince was leading. Along with reason that if he was a high member of the merchant group, then there will be no way that third rate guards who have only an average amount of strength would be the ones to guard

I then decided to fake being amazed that he was part of such a prestigious group which, as expected, raised his ego once again. After the caravan guards had sufficiently recovered barely since the Budel was a real ass kisser since if he didn't look up to the person he was talking to, I noticed that he almost treated the Guards like shit even if he slightly tried to hide this opinion from me, who seemed to be a powerful traveler, which I think made him a bit respectful towards me, out of fear or just wanting me to be like a free guard as he is traveling his goods to the capital.

But I should probably bear this guy's attitude until I get my Dinars for a meal and some cash for me to use in continuing my travels along the sea again. So as I traveled with Budel's caravan, I noticed that aside from many stocks of what seems to be books and scrolls of such kind, I was a bit confused as never had I heard about a caravan back then to be only filled with books and scrolls, since everyone knows that those types of items were costly which in turn only made rich merchants, nobility and rich people be able to buy this types of items which made me very interested on why a caravan who had seemingly being guarded by only third rate guards and unimportant merchants to carry such luxury goods.

When I asked Budel, who was near me on how he could have so many luxurious goods such as books and scrolls to be filled in his whole caravan, He then just answered me like it was a common fact.

[Budel] "Oh yeah, you're not from Balbadd right, well I guess I can tell you the gist of the story; in the last one and a half years, the third prince of Balbadd, Prince Alibaba who had this legend around of his birth, that says that when the prince was born the light from god had descended when the prince was born, which some people believe, but I personally think is probably overrated, but anyways aside from that in just a mere-year-old, the prince started to show his genius in politics, academics according to some scholars around here, and even magic although most people don't believe that one since the prince is two and a half years old which is honestly a bit too young even if the prince did have the talent for it."

"Anyways, in those times, the prince had already released a ton of rules and decrees, which unlike other countries, specifically the Parthevias... who gave much difficult livelihood for the commoners, the prince instead gave laws that helped the commoners to increase their lifestyles and a few months ago even managed to eliminate the slums, and had managed to give most of the people from the slums new jobs, livelihoods and even given them the possibility to become part of the palace, even if it is only low-level jobs most of the times, that has never been heard off in some countries, of giving commoners such as we, power in the nation. Oh, and a few months ago, the Kou Empire, which you may had heard of already since I think even kingdoms outside Balbadd should have at least heard the alliance formed between Balbadd and Kou Empire, which gave Balbadd a much larger country space the size of Balbadd can now be even compared the Artemrya Kingdom."

"I even heard that the winner of completion to find suitable members from the commoners, in the palace guards, had become the personal guard of the third prince, and in the near future would probably become a noble or at the very least a semi-noble like Knight/Baron Nobilities."

"So aside from the talent of the third prince in politics, the merchant company I belong in Golden Mortana, which the second prince heads, according to some higher-ups I know, that most of the merchant groups original goods, like the books we have in the caravan, which is made out of a cheap paper, was actually implemented by the third prince, and the written works in those books, like classic stories such as The Finder Magician, Pokebeasts, and Djinn Balls, were even ideas and was written by the third prince, that was mass-produced cheaply for the commoners, to have something for entertainment aside from plays, magic tricks, and those types of stuffs ;)"

"So in overall, the Balbadd Kingdom has been thriving this last few years thanks to the help and inventions of the third prince, and that's been one of the reasons that I had moved from Qishan to the Balbadd Kingdom, to share in the future profits, that I could see in the future in this thriving kingdom,"

When I heard the stories from Budel about the recent events of Balbadd, along with the seemingly exciting third prince of this Balbadd Kingdom, I was amazed by the Prince's contribution towards his nation. He isn't even half my age yet; I mean, if I had heard this a few years ago without evidence, I would have just easily thought of this as a joke, but seeing this guy's pure respect, as well as the clear evidence in this caravan, which I had borrowed some of the books. I really like this one story called, One Mana Piece about pirates searching for a magic tool called One Mana Piece like the title, which, although still in its early stages, is a pretty good story, even better from the stories from Bards in bars that I heard.

So after I was amazed in this third prince's works and actually made me really want to see him, I then realized that due to listening to Budel's stories this last few hours I didn't notice that, when I looked ahead, I then saw a large wall in front of the caravan, which shows that we had actually already reached the capital of Balbadd Kingdom, Balbadd Central.
