บท 108: Chapter: Shift in Power

Tampa, Florida— this was the location Anastasia was told to direct everyone. A seemingly unexpected occurrence had taken place which was a cause for concern. Nick now drove them blindly towards their next encounter.

For the past two months, the main threats had been Apocrypha, Chimera, Anunnaki, and the Infected. This 'so-called' new threat that Sergeant Duncan had warned them about was the last thing anyone had expected.

Duncan had warned Anastasia that a large group of humans was looking to discuss a certain issue with them. Sadly, he did not go into precise details as to what they were supposed to expect. All he had done was told them where they were supposed to meet as it was a mandatory issue.

"Is it a good idea to be going in blind? What if someone's manipulating Sergeant Duncan into lowering us there?" Asked Shemarie with suspicion.

"Manipulating him? Like who?" Queried Nick.
