Rong Zian woke up in a frenzy unable to fathom what could have caused him to have such a shameless spring dream. He scanned the room in disarray and only then did he heave a sigh of relief, the prince wasn't anywhere in his sight otherwise he would have killed himself in shame. He removed the quilt covering him and sat at the edge of the bed, only then did he realise that his member was standing stiff and strong as though eagerly awaiting assistance.
Almost letting out a yelp, he slapped his face a couple of times, cursing himself. 'What? Am I suddenly into men now? That's a load of crap,' he thought as he vigorously rubbed his hair till it was scruffy as though he had just had an encounter with a wind tunnel. He helplessly tried to suppress any recollection of his dream but it kept on replaying in his mind over and over again.
The dream as he recalled it, was back in modern times and to some extent, he had assumed that he had finally returned to his original timeline. It seemed like he knew where he was going as he strolled through campus though the environment wasn't familiar. His legs halted in front of a student residence he had only ever heard of but never seen with his own eyes. It was because this residence housed only the novice rich heirs and it was the most expensive place to stay on campus.
In his mind, he tried to stop himself from entering but the Rong Zian in his dream seemed to have been to this place on numerous occasions that even the security guard recognised him. He powerlessly watched himself pick a floor in the elevator and as it stopped at the top floor, he felt like screaming at himself to go back but it was pointless, his dream self wouldn't listen to him either way. The double door at the end of the hall seemed to be his destination and before he even reached it, it opened for him.
Anticipating to be kicked out, he could only think, 'let the beating commence,' but the young man in the grand open plan apartment smiled at him and led him to the living room.
Without warning, the man pushed him onto the couch and as Rong Zian lay there motionless, the perpetrator lay on top of him and caressed his face. Initially, he couldn't make out the man's face clearly but as the man leaned in to kiss him, he finally recognised him.
Though his hair wasn't as long, he could easily identify Wu Yange with those dark almond-shaped eyes, how could he not recognise him? He wanted to raise his hands to stop his highness from coming closer but he failed, his arms weren't under his command.
As their lips touched, it was as though an explosion of ecstasy had suddenly ruptured and as the kiss deepened, it dawned on him that an unexplainable passion was growing in his body as he yearned for more. He watched as he helplessly raised his hands and caressed the prince's back, losing all form of restraint. Wu Yange's skin seemed hot under his touch and a muffled groan from the prince motivated him to continue and stripped off his t-shirt.
By then Wu Yange was shirtless above him in his bare glory, Rong Zian couldn't contain himself from mauling all of him and in a split second his t-shirt was ripped off his body with so much force. With his eyes gleaming, the prince suddenly became even more freakish like an unchained beast playfully teasing Rong Zian's chest with his rough moist tongue.
He couldn't hold back anymore but because he was pinned down against the couch, he could only utter a soft moan. As their burning desires engulfed them and proceeded to unchartered waters, Rong Zian had abruptly woken up from his slumber, flustered and extremely ashamed.
Recalling the dream, he could hold back, cursing a thousand times. "Shit! Shit! Fuc-," he murmured caught up in his chasten.
Rong Zian was so absorbed in his problems that he didn't perceive the prince's presence. He was startled when the man spoke to him breaking his state of haze.
"Are you cursing?" inquired Wu Yange all nonchalant in a serene posture leaning against the wall with his arms folded. Rong Zian was speechless, his lips cracked and dry as black lines appeared on his face. He couldn't see it but his face as ashen-white as though he had seen a ghost.
After that shameful dream he couldn't look at the prince the same as before he couldn't help but think if the prince knew what type of disrespectful thoughts he was harbouring, he would be burned to ashes right where he stood.
Nervously laughing while crudely fixing his hair, "Your Highness, did you sleep well?" he replied feeling as though the room was suddenly hot. Pinching his garment while his other hand motioned in an action of fanning oneself, he continued, "Is it hot in here or is it just me?"
"It's just you," replied the Prince as he took a few steps closer to him but Rong Zian took subtle steps away from him acting conspicuously. Wu Yange could only take a step back and could see the guilt written on this idiot's face but didn't have the patience to interrogate him.
With a doubtful hesitant expression, he stammered, "Your Highness, um…..c-an you….r-ead minds?" The question seemed so random and odd that it stunned the prince but he quickly recovered. Rong Zian was only asking for his safety because with the prince's abilities, if he could read minds then he anticipated he wouldn't last an entire day.
"Yes," replied Wu Yange, an outright lie to deceive spoken with a straight face. The prince had no such kind of power but was certain this fidgety person was hiding something from him. Rong Zian's reaction confirmed it, he was biting his lip with a downward gaze.
'Shit I am definitely dead,' thought Rong Zian feeling extremely ashamed. He wished the ground would just open up and swallow him whole.
"Get ready we are leaving for the border today, it's time we get the first fragment of the amulet. Make sure you come to the main hall when you are done," instructed the prince before taking his leave.
As soon as the prince was out of the door, Rong Zian had a miniature anxiety attack as he shuffled his belongings in his bag and hastily washed up. There is no way he was continuing this journey any further, it was time to bail. A dream like this was enough to scare this straight man into disappearing, the greater the distance between them the better. Besides fleeing for his sanity, he was also fleeing for his life otherwise if the prince could truly read his mind then he would surely be skinned alive.
In a flash, he was done getting ready so he cautiously walked out of the chief mansion silently praying he wouldn't bump into those two tyrants. Unexpectedly he was spotted by a flamboyant character who was thrilled to stumble upon a future husband. Ying Tianshi ran over to him all energetic and frivolous so much so that Rong Zian couldn't help but wonder what happened to the timid character he met last night.
