An entire day had passed since Akasan reunited with the Elite 12 after resurrecting Anzu from the dead. Upon re-entering the Kingdom of Arcania, Akasan announced an emergency announcement that would be heard around the world, in all countries.

Akasan stood at a podium in the crowded center of Arcane City, staring out at the thousands of people who believed in him, and were prepared to follow his every word. Behind him were his Guardians and the Elite 12. Gaia, Kinryu, Amaterasu, and Zhi Nu were also present.
