บท 66: Her funeral

A week later.

The day was gloomy, the day was bad, the wind was hallowing, the weather was sad. 

All because earth had lost another great being.

Isn't that just nice?

I'm on the bed staring at nothing in particular. It's been seven days since Trish died, and it has been the worse seven days of my life. 

After the doctor announced Trish's death, Christian gave me a scornful look and stomped out of the hospital. Emily couldn't stop crying and I could see the pain in Mark's eyes. Caleb completely lost it and continually punched the wall. My mum and dad were silently mourning and my brother couldn't stop shaking his head. 

In the midst of it all, there I was looking at the operating room where my best friend was taken into, knowing that she'd never come back again.
