"Okay Lola, just take a deep breath and try to clear your head," Lucas stated as he held Lola's hands in his and she nodded at him, trying and failing to clear her head. "I assume that's what Willard meant by saying you should open your mind so clear your head. Maybe you'll hear whatever she's trying to say then."

She nodded again and closed her eyes as she tried again but she still couldn't clear her head because different thoughts about her mother's safety kept popping up in her mind. There was also the crazy headache she was still having which couldn't make her focus on anything.
