บท 30: Still in danger

BIANCA'S POV

We hurried off the lift and hurried towards Matthew's hospital room.

"What? No police officer is here?", Carl exclaimed looking around the hallway real quick.

We barged into the room. Everything looked normal. Matthew was in the bed, his eyes were shut, the machines were still connected to his body.

Carl sighed and looked around before walking towards the bathroom.

I looked around real quick too. Nothing is suspicious except for the fact that the police officers placed in charge are nowhere to be seen.

Carl came out of the bathroom with a sigh-

"It's all clear", He muttered.

I looked around and walked to the bed.

I looked at his face, he looked pale, so pale.
