Business at the other malls was booming as customers stopped going to Su Shopping Mall. These malls were elated at the high turnover. They even gave out items from Su Shopping Mall as gifts.

Since Su Dahai was supported by the President, he didn't seem affected by the slowdown in his business. He bragged to his employees.

"You guys don't have to worry about this. The people in the Empire are very forgetful. They will forget about this incident after three or five days. Once this is all over, we can hold a big sale to lure them back. Those spineless consumers who are looking for a good deal will come crawling back to us."
