Melanie's P.O.V.:

"Thank you Nicolas dinner was great, you sure do cook better than mo-I mean Helen," I said with a smile as I finished my plate.

They both looked at each other laughing, then Nicolas said, "Well all I needed is to taste a bite of Helen's food before I made the final decision that I'll be the one making the food from now on."

"My food is not that bad," said Helen with a little frown.

"It is!" said Nicolas and I together and we all burst into laughing.

"Helen…" I said breaking our laugh, "you're a good person, I'm glad we cleared things tonight, and I'm more glad that my father gave you that house in New York, I know you love that city and I'm sure you'll be happy there."
