As soon as they had formed a plan, Ray dropped the call and decided that he needed to talk to his wife before working on what Cedric needed.

He quickly got up from his desk and went to their room.

Ray was quite puzzled to find that Ayanna was not sleeping on their bed.

A slight panic came over him as he began to think that Ayanna had been so mad at him that she decided to leave.

He entered the room and began searching for signs that she had left, checking if her bags and clothes were in her closet. 

When he found them still in their proper places he went over to check if she had left him a note. He knew that Ayanna may have taken a walk outside.

When he approached their bedside table, he sighed in relief as he spotted Ayanna's phone. She would never go anywhere without her phone.
