Ivan got startled with the sudden question and when he saw the mischievous glint in John's eyes and the teasing smile which he was giving to him, Ivan got aware about the fact that John had already come to know about his actual intention.

"Wha…what are you guys even talking about? I haven't said anything like that. Sia probably had misheard me." Ivan tried to avoid their questions by making different kind of excuses.

Elysia narrowed her eyes at him and growled at him angrily, "Do you think I'm deaf? I heard it correctly."

Ivan gulped seeing the raging lioness getting irked because of his statement and denied her accusation almost in a low whisper, "I never said that you're deaf."
