The first thing that Camron noticed was that there were two sets of information on the interface for 10 of the cities and then 1 of the cities just had a set of information. This confused him a bit, but he decided to check the city that only had a set of information.

SITUATION: ONE OF THE 11 CITIES THAT HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN THE SCHEMING OF POWERFUL RUNEMASTERS. THE RESIDENTS OF THESE CITIES HAVE BEEN PUT UNDER A SPELL AND AREN'T MOVING UNDER THEIR WILL.
