"Uhm, yes... You were frowning, and you look sad so..."

"I was... sad?" He hadn't realized. Prince Leon was angry at himself, but unconsciously he was also worried about the girl.

And how could he not? Seeing that the cheery, vibrant girl he used to know now turn white, pale and skinny. 

Before he came to see her, he had already heard everything from Peterson. Including the fact that Ivy may not have much time left. 

As soon as he heard the news, he raced to her side as fast as he could, for he was scared that she could disappear from his world again, and he couldn't accept nor could he go through that nightmare once more. 

The moment he gained sight of her doing the laundry, his throbbing heart that felt like it could explode instantly calmed down. He never felt so afraid before, and the mere thought of her vanishing made him realise that he could no longer live without her.
