With deep rage and anger upon hearing about Annabeth's death, Peterson massacred every living thing that night. He sliced, and he diced, leaving only but chunks of human corpses on the ground.

And because of that incident, he earned the name - the cold-blooded grim reaper.

Thereafter, Peterson dug up every inch of Hector's land, but all he could find were dead prostitutes, and there was not a single trace nor even a strand of hair from Annabeth.

With no clues of where her body could be, he spent days continuously searching for her.

Then gradually, the days turn into weeks, and the weeks turn into months.

Even after 15 years, he continued searching for her.

He stayed as a travelling mercenary so that he could look for her and get the intel he needed.
