The terminator's pressuring gaze, and large stature made Jacob look like a wolf was about to pound on a small little lamb.

But Jacob was not weak, for he is not just a secretary (slash) crown prince's legal advisor, he is also a knight that fights for justice, and he had no intention to falter at this stage. 

So he took a deep breath to calm his nerves, then he glared back at the butler and said 

"You have a point there, Mr.Giles. If we look at it from that perspective, it does make my client qualify as a suspect." 

"But," Jacob said with a strong pause, then furrowed his brows at him to state his compelling comeback. 

"I would like to asks just one question."

"How did you know that they were meeting in secret?"

"Mm?" The butler raised a brow as he couldn't quite understand why Jacob asks such an obvious question.
