I have been your bodyguard for a year now, but we never go to any salon, you always requested a home service, may I know what is going on, Boss?" Charles asked, and I know he is just teasing me.

"I think you know why, Charles." I said as I tried to contain my smiles.

"No, I haven't heard from him for a long while now, I don't perceive what happened to him, Mira. I am sorry I was not so helpful in the past months." He said and his voice is so serious.

"It is okay, Charles, it is not your fault, I know it was all my dad's doing. He is responsible for everything. Why Jace didn't communicate with me. But at last, my dad came around, thanks to her current girlfriend anyway." I stated, and he glanced on my way before he returned his gaze on the road, and I can tell he is also shocked about the news.
