"Hm," she sighed with a straight face, "When you turned on me, it felt as if I was truly dead," his eyes widened and he tried to pull away, but she held on, "I figured you already had a plan with your father and executed it at that time. I thought you hated me," she curled her lips, "Then you go and say you wanted to be a demon to be beside me again… and my plan… I didn't have anymore."

"I'm a selfish demon," she whispered out staring at the beauty before her, "You were right, angel."

She felt his lips kiss away her tears and the lids of her eyes before they covered her lips. Gentle, soft, an apology of love and sadness were said between the couple.

"Then I am a selfish angel," he whispered against her lips, "… man, a selfish man."

"You're not upset?" She pulled away to face him.

"A bit, but…" he let out a sigh and picked her up bridal style, "I forgive you."
