บท 17: Orphanage Part 2

The group has slowly risen into fame as one of the most nuisance gang groups in Moon Scar City. As they also gain the influence of being prominent. The Moon Scar City court of the City lord also have heard of the Artirian group.

Which has become more rampant in Section 4 and Section 3 which some of the elites called as undesirable. But because of the lack of military force the law cannot be enforced in a daily matter.

Each patrol has only 18 shifts. And those patrols were not that thorough and just walking and loitering actions by the City Guards. That is why the market and the Black market is also booming inside the Moon Scar City. Gangs were not the only one rising in prominence but also some underworld syndicates.

Meanwhile as the numbers of members increased in the months passed. Artirian is still currently investigating on the grow of slave trade of children in the blackmarket. Then there is a knock on the door. And then Artirian replied "Come in", then a young lad with a letter entered. "Sir the report is here" the young man then walked towards at the table were Artirianw as writing something.

The young man then placed the letter on the table. "Great job" Artirian said and then the young man replied "Thank you Sir." After that the young man then turned around and walked towards the door. Every now and then Artirian still receives report in the Black market of the child trade but as of now he can't do anything due to the fact that there is now evidence of the slave trade.

Artirian then grabbed the letter and then opened it. He slowly opened the letter and looked at the letter and there he saw an invitation at the soon to open auction at the Orphanage, and that auction is for the children to be sold to pedophiles and child abusers. That is why Artirian has already planned that the Flying Daggers will make a strike operation at that auction on the following night of the Festival Sun Eclipse of the Morning.

That festival is one of the most extravagant and appealing festivals to all masses. That is why; they are doing the secret auction on the following day. So that there will be buyers around and the kind of buyers they want would be of course people who favor children. Artirian would then summon the 7 group leaders and the 2 councils for a general meeting.

Meanwhile, at the outskirts of the city, there was an ongoing traffic of merchants because of the incoming festival in the city. With a cute tone of voice and a pink-haired and crystal blue eyes "Hiyaaaa…. I am too exhausted with this travel grandfather... I never thought this kind of Festival in Moon Scar, is well known and too famous" Rhea would tilt his head at the windows while pouting.

Artirian then entered the meeting room. And when he entered the room it was silent, no one was talking, all of the officials of the group were looking at the papers waiting for Artirian. while the other group leaders would bow 90 degrees before sitting. Artirian then sits and would start to discuss the intelligence information they have gathered from the past months and the new information they have.

"As our group is growing and ever-increasing we will commence this mission very secretly as the City head Guard has been cracking down our movements this past few weeks, they think that we will cause another ruckus for the incoming festival."

One of the Group leaders said "Is that what they think of us even though we have given them enough information to subdue the Argonian criminal syndicate that has been ruling the black market?". Then Artirian replied "Let them be. They are just doing their job"

Artirian then looked on the reports that was given to him "Right Group 1,2 and 3 would prepare for the next day of the festival 4 would gather prime more data on the given auction 5,6 and 7 will be the waiting reinforcement if the 1,2 and 3 needed assistance we will have another meeting at the night of the festival. Group leaders, do you have questions?" All of them would politely answer "No, Leader, we don't have questions".

[23rd of the Tau 1430]

~The festival of the Sun Eclipse of the Morning.~

The city market place was as flourishing as ever, getting busier and amazing. The lights were appealing to the eyes of the citizens. As Artirian would look around the goods are seen everywhere as Artirian look at people and children alike are having fun.

Then loads of merchants and traders would flock the city but they will be surprised because the 4th section is clean. The City lord ordered to clean the 4th section as it is the main gate heading to the other sections.

When the night came the 2nd meeting of the flying daggers was ongoing. Artirian sat in the center and the Group leaders would Bow before sitting. Artirian starts to speak in a calm tone

"We will execute the plan now. The auction has been moved to midnight at the orphanage house. We will prepare all of our members by now. I expect full attendance from all of your members."

Each group in the flying daggers is composed of 15 people 1 group leader 1 assistant group leader and a secretary.

Artirian pulls out a sketch of the place

"Based on the intelligence group information they said that this place is the most guarded place in the whole 3rd section, So I expect that everyone will take countermeasures to be safe. At midnight we will strike by making the auction place ablaze. We will burn that place."

He then slammed his hand on the table. Then one of the group leaders asked. "How about the kids that are in there" then Artirian answered "Before we set them ablaze we will rescue the kids first but how group 1 and 2 position your people here" Artirian points at a hidden back alley of the orphanage house.".

The orphanage house is not that gradually big; it has a courtyard that kids can play and a carriage to park. The house has 6 floors and is well-guarded by 40 guardsmen on patrol 24/7.

"Now after proceeding here, group leaders tell your men to expect those guards will be around frequently, so I expect wearing black uniforms with the bandanas and hoods is a much better kind of uniform to be used, and also I think, it will be a good idea. Bring the skunk smokes and poison darts and short swords and throwing knives as well. Also we need the short bows for silencing long-range guards. Leaders, I expect that this auction will make every person in the city be grateful to us but the aristocrats will be angry. So we will be getting out of here once it is done."

Artirian paused and then started to speak once again.

"Next group 3 and 4 I want your groups to get the front gate, and make them asleep or kill them. I want them to be changed as soon as phase 1 starts. Next, I want every last carriage of those aristocrats to be inside of the courtyard and we are also going to set them ablaze. Next is 5 and 6 you will be the retrieval group as group 1 and 2 are the searcher's group. We will expect to have 40 kids, 20 teenage kids, inside the orphanage so 5 and 6 I expect to be more adept in this mission, based on our recent intelligence reports that around 50 aristocrats are coming. Now we must all rescue these kids before they become slave toys of those smelly Aristocrats. We will soon clean the 4th and 3rd sections. Any more questions regarding the plans? We will execute this after 2 hours of preparations."

The group leaders were confident about the plan regarding the operation. Soon the group leaders bowed their heads. And then walks out of the meeting room. The only people who stayed in the room were the 2 councils and Artirian.

And when the room went quiet once again. Arthur said with a calm tone of voice while his hands are on the table and close together " Leader if we do this are we going to get killed or be imprisoned by the City Lord?"

Artirian would reply with a smirk before saying the word

"You know if we let this happen again and again, how many innocent children and the teenage boys and girls will become a plaything, Arthur? Imagine how many will be traumatized and feel they are not part of this world because they are orphans. Isn't that the group's goal for everyone to be rescued from that kind of situation. ".

While Rommel stood up and stretched his arms and said goodbye to the two and headed out and ready his men he would head towards the door while making a wave "I'll be going to get my men ready" Rommel said while walking out.
