Nina said nothing throughout the journey back to her mansion. She kept silent and just drove. Shasha decided to stay quiet too. Shasha asked Nina to stop at shop to buy some tea. She bought some jasmine tea, chamomile tea, rosebud tea and some Japanese herbal tea that she hasn't tried yet. She went back to the car where Nina was waiting. They went back to Nina's mansion and Shasha decided to make some tea for herself and for Nina. She really liked herbal teas. She made jasmine tea and brought it to the dining table where Nina was using her laptop.
"Hi Nina," said Shasha. "Want some nice and hot jasmine tea?"
"Sure I'll like some," said Nina. Shasha poured her some of the tea in a cup and gave it to her. "Mmm I love jasmine tea."
"I know right," said Shasha, pouring some for herself. "So warm and relaxing. I like it even if it's served cold.
"Yeah same here," said Nina. "I usually bring it to school when I was young. My sister loves it too."
Nina starts frowning as she starts remembering her how her mother always made her the tea in her school water bottle and how her sister betrayed her when she was younger. Shasha said nothing. At last she got an idea.
"Nina," said Shasha. "Can I invite some of my friends from the tournament over?"
"Sure," said Nina. "When do you wanna invite them?"
"This weekend maybe?" said Shasha. She was planning to invite Xiaoyu, Steve and Alisa over at Nina's house. They are after all from the tournament and they are friends with her. She didn't want to invite Anna because she doesn't know what's between her and Nina. For all she knows, Anna may have done something that Nina can never forget and forgive.
The week went by rather slowly. Nina continued to go to work while Shasha trained in the dojo that was in Nina's mansion. She showered, ate, watched some videos and played video games. Shasha even helped to clean the house as Nina didn't have any maids despite having a big mansion. Then when Nina returned, they either prepare dinner or go out to eat. The week went by like this. Shasha had become best friends with Nina by this time. Shasha sometimes went with her to work to help Nina.
"Nina, how come you don't have maids in such a big mansion?" asked Shasha. "It's kinda weird and hard to clean if you live by yourself."
"A group of five maids comes here every Friday to clean so that I can relax in a clean house during the weekend," said Nina. "It's Thursday so they will come tomorrow."
"Oh that's good," said Shasha. It's kinda hard to manage such a big house all by myself."
"Yeah and you said that you'll have some friends over to stay right?" asked Nina. "I feel like I need some company too. I'll invite some of my friends too."
So both Shasha and Nina were looking forward to the weekend. The next day, the maids came to clean the house. Shasha kept an eye on them while they cleaned afraid that they might do something out of the ordinary. Most of the maids were doing their job correctly. So she went to Nina's study which was in the ground floor. She entered and found a maid rummaging through Nina's files.
"Hey what are you doing?" asked Shasha. "You are not to look into Nina's stuff. You come here to clean."
The maid just stood there speechless and didn't know what to say. She started to stutter.
"I-I Just w-wanted to uh dust the papers," stuttered the maid. "T-The books l-looked a little dusty and there was a-a stain on the cover."
"Dusting the papers and cleaning the cover doesn't involve reading the notes written," said Shasha. "Who told you to do all of this?"
Without saying a word, the maid dropped all of the papers that she was holding and ran straight for the door. She was running through the living room and was making a beeline for the front door. Fortunately, Shasha had caught up to her and grabbed her thin wrist with an iron grip. The maid was crying for her to let go but she didn't. The other maids came to see what was up.
"Your friend here was rummaging through Nina's stuff instead of cleaning them," said Shasha. "She was going through her paperwork."
"How could you Merisa," said one of the maids. "No wonder you were acting so suspiciously when we were arriving here."
"Do any of you know who hired her to steal Nina's secret papers?" asked Shasha. "Whoever it is might have something to do with Nina's work."
The maids didn't know who it might be. Shasha was still holding onto Merisa's wrist when Nina had come back from her work. She was astonished to find the maids crowded around Shasha who was holding a maid.
"Shasha, what's happening?" asked Nina. "Why are you holding Merisa like that?"
"This maid was rummaging through your secret paperwork," said Shasha. "When I asked her about it she says that she was cleaning them but she was clearly reading them."
"Is that so?" asked Nina. "Who hired you to do this?"
"Ka-Kazuya Mishima," said the trembling maid. "He threatened to kill my family if I don't do it."
There was silence at this. Nina at last spoke.
"I better call Jin," she said. "Better tell him that Mishima hired one of my maids to do the dirty work."
The maid was slowly sneaking out of the house. Shasha caught her firmly by the shoulder.
"Where do you thing you're going, henchwoman?" said Shasha. "You better take a seat in that comfy futon over there."
Nina called Jin with her phone. Jin arrived in a car with a few Tekken Force officers and a two of his uncles. They entered Nina's house and began to ask her.
