บท 97: Brother-in-law

Holding aloof from the night circus she created, Leena tried to combat her boredom by watching the Tom and Jerry cartoon. Exhausted to the core of watching the same episode for the nth time, she closed her MacBook in frustration.

"Can't they grow mature and become friends just like us." Leena snickered watching the two juvenile characters still with no progress in their friendship. She couldn't believe the most shameless man to the core has become her BFF in no time, unlike those Tom and Jerry which are taking years.

"Maybe I should ask for a gift for accepting his friend request. Let him come back, I will demand one." Thinking of the gift she would be coercing, Leena was getting excited imagining his already sunken face. Probably she would have never imagined, teasing someone and getting poked for fun at by the same person would make her smile for no reason.
