I feel it.

Something is wrong.

I just don't know what it is.

"Something is wrong,'' I voice out my concerns in the silence of the car. We have been driving for about an hour now and I know this is the wrong time to scare Darrien like this but a part of me is angsty.

"What do you mean?'' he turns to me and I see the concern in his voice. I have never had a close relationship with Darrien. He has just been someone that has always been there. I have more of a relationship with Jabi—his mate.

I take a deep breath as I try to control myself in this panic that has somehow evolved inside of me. "I don't know. but now I am not so sure that leaving was such a good idea. I need to go back.''
