บท 185: A second episode- Part 3

Calhoun's words fell as a whisper on her ears which was sweet yet demanding, a devil who was trying to entice her. Her heart shuddered at his words, and she stared into those red liquid-like eyes that looked nothing less to the colour of wine that he often held in his hand. When she didn't respond to his words, Madeline felt Calhoun's hand tug the back of her hair, and she felt a sudden ache. It wasn't painful, but it was enough to get her attention.

Madeline couldn't take a step back away from him, not when she could only hop. The way he looked at her, it made it difficult for her to move even an inch. She stood there only to feel his other hand sneak onto her waist, caressing it before settling on her back.

He pulled her towards him and her lips parted unconsciously at his command.
