บท 156: Chapter 156: Trick Or Treat

I slipped two small chocolate bars and two bags of chips into a pair of treat buckets while the kids holding them beamed and yelled, "THANK YOU!" so loudly Petunia barked. They bounded back down the steps to the street, matching kitten costumes adorable as they skipped away, parents waving and trailing after them.

I waved back before closing the door, my pug gazing with lustful longing at the basket full of goodies waiting for more kids to arrive.

It turned out to be a beautiful evening, perfect for the trick-or-treaters. We were almost at the end of curfew, the sun just fully set though long gone behind the mountains. While I made sure I had more than enough candy and goodies for my costumed visitors, I'd gone a bit overboard and would no doubt be partaking of too much sugar and salt before bed myself. What was one more night of junk debauchery for the fat ass of Fanny Fleming?
