บท 205: Hickeys.
Kathryne woke up to find herself alone in her bed.
Erisviel was nowhere to be seen.
Sitting up, she held her head with one hand feeling groggy.
"Arggh... How embarrassing!" Kathryne said to herself recalling that she fell asleep moments after they were finished.
"Why did I have to pass out right after we were done! Arrrrghhhhh!!!"
Shaking her head, she looked around the room for a few moments before she gave out a deep sigh.
"She left..." Kathryne muttered softly feeling sad that Erisviel has already left.
Pulling the covers from herself, she got up from the bed.
She stretched her arms and legs before she walked over to the desk mirror.
"Ha! She said she never fooled around with anyone before, tsk... Instinct, she said! tsk..." Kathryne clicked her tongue a couple of times touching the hickeys on her body.
"If you were not so nervous and sincere, I would've believed that you were lying."
"Now, would you look at my body!!! Damn girl, you are one wild little bunny!" Kathryne complained but she was smiling while tracing all of the hickeys on her body one by one with her hand.
A minute later, Kathryne shook her head clearing her mind before she went to the bathroom to take a shower.

20 minutes later,
"So what can I wear now, with these hickeys all over me? I can't go out like this!"
Standing in front of her cupboard, she was considering what to wear.
"No, not this one. Not this too. Na, not this too. Oooh, this one would be perfect!"
Picking the long sleeve marooned high necked dress, Kathryne quickly put on the dress.
After putting on the dress, She walked towards the dressing table to put on some light makeup.
Finished dressing up, she left her room.
Arriving in the living room, Kathryne looked for her phone.
Finding the phone at the table, she noticed a paper pinned down with her notepad.
"What's this?" Picking up the paper, she read what's written on it.
[To Kathryne, Thank you for giving me a good memory of my first time and making sure I was comfortable with it. You were gentle, considerate and respectful. I had a great time, with you. - Erisviel.]
Reading the letter, Kathryne realized something.
She carefully put the paper inside the notepad before giving out a sigh.
"I never believed in love at first sight. Seriously, how can someone have an extreme attraction for a stranger upon first seeing that stranger? I thought it only happens in fairy tales and books but..."
Kathryne put her hand on her face.
Her face was red as a ripe tomato.
She could hear the racing sound of her heartbeat.
"How could that HAPPEN TO ME!!!" Kathryne squealed feeling embarrassed.
She ignored her heart ever since she woke up.
Not seeing Erisviel made her sad.
She was okay with it, it's just sex.
It's not her first time.
But she couldn't keep herself from thinking about last night and Erisviel.
She tried to distract herself but this note completely smashed her to the core.
She can't help but acknowledge her feelings.
She is extremely attracted to Erisviel.
When she saw Erisviel at the club last night, she thought it's just her body reacting to Erisviel since it has been some time that she had sex.
She ignored Erisviel and tried to flirt around to score some other 'easy to pick up' girls.
But she couldn't help be drawn to Erisviel.
She kept on bothering Erisviel even when she was turned down.
Just when she was about to give up, luck shined upon her and Erisviel kissed her out of the blue.
A clumsy kiss.
A clumsy kiss brought her down!
She felt something from that kiss that she never felt before.
It was a strange and different kind of feeling hard to describe.
Kathryne was about to sit down on a chair to calm her heart and mind when her phone vibrated.
Seeing the caller ID, Kathryne picked up the call before composing herself.
"Young miss!" A male voice was heard from the other side of the call.
"Yes, Robin. Why have you called?" Kathryne asked.
"Young miss, the CEO of Axe-Tech and the President of Trident technologies have agreed on the merger. They have asked for a meeting with you, when should I set up the meeting?"
Kathryne thought for a while before replying to Robin.
"Let's have the meeting in one hour. I haven't had breakfast yet, so tell them to come to the Appolo's Kitchen."
"Yes, young miss!"
"Has anyone from the 'Family' called?" Kathryne asked Robin.
"No, young miss. No one has called."
Kathryne fell silent.
She thought for a moment before she spoke up.
"The reason I have come to Star City was to find out about my fiance but Robin? The information you gave me is outdated! My fiance has already left Star City, a few months ago. Is it that hard to find information about my fiance, Robin?"
Kathryne's voice was cold.
Hearing Kathryne, Robin gulped before he replied.
"Young miss, it's hard to move around in the dark when there are so many eyes on us. The only reason we were able to come to Country O, was because of your brother's help. The family head doesn't want you to interact with your fiance before the engagement is announced. The recent changes in the family have made you a threat to your siblings, who are eyeing the family head's seat. The rumours of your engagement have caused a great commotion. The-"
Interrupting Robin, Kathryne raised her voice at him.
"Stop with the nonsense and just tell me straight without beating around the bush, Robin!"
"Ah, yes! If we want to keep everything a secret then we have to do everything by ourselves, young miss...I'm sorry, I too just found out that your fiance has already left Star City."
Kathryne sighed.
"Then find a way for me to go to Starfall City, Robin!"
"Yes, yes! I have already found a way for us, young miss. I have arranged a meeting with the Arrow Tech COO. The COO asked for us to come to their branch in Starfall City for a meeting about the partnership proposal by us. With this meeting, we can go to Starfall City under the guise of a business partnership. Then we can find all the information you need about fiance, young miss."
Kathryne nodded hearing Robin.
"Good!"
"Then I will see you at Appolo's Kitchen, Robin." Kathryne hung up the call after telling Robin to meet at the restaurant.
Taking the notepad, Kathryne put it in a safe place before she walked towards the entrance door to leave the apartment.
As she left her apartment, Kathryne thought about Erisviel.
"Now, where can I find you my little bunny? Erisviel... Where are you?" Kathryne muttered thinking about how to find Erisviel.

Erisviel just arrived at the misfit gang's apartment in Starfall City.
"ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME!!!" Erisviel shouted in rage at Aaron.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry! I know I'm the CEO and I'm supposed to help you but I have something to do for the next couple of weeks. I will be leaving in a bit after Li Hwa comes home." Aaron kneeled in front of Erisviel and apologised to her.
He told Erisviel that he will be going away for the next couple of weeks for personal reasons.
He can't tell anyone about his operation, so he is keeping it secret from everyone.
In his absence, he asked Erisviel to take his work at Arrow Tech.
No, more like, he dumped every work to Erisviel without telling her until the last minute.
"You, you YOUUUHH!!! haaaiiiisssss..." Erisviel sighed shaking her head.
"Just give me someone to help me with the work until I get a replacement for Erica." Erisviel told Aaron getting up from the sofa.
"I'm tired AF, I'm going to sleep... Bye, Aaron!" Erisviel half-heartedly waved at Aaron before walking towards her room.
Aaron had a dumbfounded expression as he looked at his best friend's figure walking towards her room.
He had that expression, not because Erisviel didn't lecture at him like he had thought but something else.
"Are those hickeys?" Aaron muttered in shock!
