The Mercedes came to a roundabout with a fountain at the center, swept around it, and continued up toward a fantastic sprawling house.

It was Victorian, redbrick topped with copper domes and spires that had long ago turned green. There must have been at least a hundred windows on five floors facing the drive.

It seemed like a house owned by someone rich--like it had been lost through the course of time because the houses before this were more modern than this!

Has Professor Leon earned this much from his years of teaching in universities?

Immediately, Leon had left the car and opened an umbrella. He stood outside the backseat as Frey came out and opened the door for Arvid to carry Angeal towards the house. 

"It's cold..."

Angeal woke up when she felt that she was being carried. When she mumbled her complain, Frey held her forehead, and immediately, her eyebrows furrowed to have felt her best friend heat up.
