Eddy immediately called his friend in excitement taking the girls in conference call. While Mia could not help feeling very nervous. The call went away easily and was picked on the second ring. "Hello." Came a little off voice from the other end.

"Hey bud, what's up?" Eddy spoke in his usual cheerful voice.

"Working as usual." Alex replied in a dull voice.

"Soo... Ahhh I called you to.. umm.. know.." Eddy could not take the words out of his mouth because he sensed Alex's off mood. He didn't want to talk about the boy's feelings, not at this hour.

"About??" Alex asked impatiently.

On the other hand the girls were listening to the friends carefully as if there was something very serious.

"Actually... I just called to say Hii." Eddy made up a lame excuse and hung up the call immediately.

"What the.... Is he crack???" Eva frowned while Mia made a helpless face.
