บท 211: Chapter 211: A weight you can handle

Noir's laughter filled the surroundings. "Not in the least, my prince!" She said, leaning on his arm flirtatiously. "Mirt, why don't you take Elize around?" She asked, nodding towards the path. 

Elize was quick to protest. "But-"

"It's okay," Lloyd said, patting her head. "You can look around. Mirt is a good guide."

Elize glared at the kelpie. Was he asking her to leave so that he could flirt with the selkie Duchess?! if so, she had no plans of doing that. She was going to stick to him till they left so that he had no chance of flirting with any woman- selkie or not. 

"What about you? How can I leave you alone?" She asked, battering her eyelashes at him innocently. 

"I'll take a raincheck," Lloyd replied, his smile widening. "Now that we're here, I'll catch up with some work with Noir."

"I can wait till you're done," Elize replied, not willing to back down.
