บท 18: Meeting Serena
" No need to act surprised can't you guess who I am ? I was always been watching you since the moment you arrived here and the stuff you pulled along the way was very surprising " said Serena to Zash who had an unique expression at the time.
" You are the island's consciousness ? Wait a minute you were watching me from the beginning ?! And you were a women and kept looking at me the whole time !?" Askeing so Zash was clearly surprised by her truthfulness about stalking him for the past 3070 years on this island and decided to finally meet him in person. ( He was mostly shy as he clearly was stalked before in his own world to begin with now to find one stalking him for thousands of year, even the while he was naked and doing some ridiculous stuff of his own. Which got him more embarrassed by the moment)
" Of course dummy it's more interesting that way, and if I'm not a woman that what am i??According to you ? I'd like to say it was extremely boring with only Sylphia to keep me company on the island throughout the years and with you here it's been some exciting years if I say so myself." Said Serena cheerfully.
" Wait you knew about her Sylphia ? Why didn't you say something about it ? " Inquired Zash but still he was glad that the consciousness was easy going and felt good to be around .
" Haaaa~ my friend here had first talked to me when I arrived on the island thousands of years ago and as two girls there's little to no information I could provide on the behaviour part, pardon her as it's her first time interacting with someone other than me for the first time, and it's not my place for when she decided to show herself." and made excuse for her friend.
" Oh come on~ it's not likemmmmm mmmmmm~~~~~~~~~~~ !!!" Before she could utter a word she was silenced by Sylphia as she took her astral from away and excused them both from Zash saying " please wait here I'll teach her a few proper manners and have a little talk for a bit." And left him alone to process what had just transpired in front of him .
" Don't say anything about stalking him for god's sake ! You don't say that to a person you meet for the first time ! Also don't tell him about me watching him as well it's very creepy in the first place for one person to keep watching him nonetheless two." After a few hours they returned to the springs while Sylphia taught Serena a few words of common sense, however much she applied it depended on her.
"So shall I get to the main topic? as we are dual cultivating I gained a few benifits of my own as I gained meridians as well which seem naturally made for me, and finally decided to talk to you we both made our breakthroughs, my real body is in the island's core gaining nourishment from the dense pure energy and after a few thousand years i can materialize as well." Said Serena
" So we are one in a form of saying, you are getting at ? It still feels somewhat weird but can't complain about it . Glad to meet you after so many years. Serena right ?" Asked Zash while looking for confirmation.
" Yup you sure catch up quickly, so shall I get down to business ? It's not all about talk, you see I had a feeling that the moment you arrived you were destined to be with me and it held true at first I wanted to test you and understand your character and personality and see if you were the right choice to be with as you'll own me in a way, but while you proved yourself worthy without even going through my trials and your most recent choice of forming a dual cultivation with me made me happy as I can have a body of my own all thanks due to you, so this is my thanks to you. " Said Serena and grabbed his right hand.
Suddenly feeling as if a sting he looked at his hand to see a golden stream of special mana, the same which strengthened and interrupted his core formation and understood the cause for it, after 5 minutes the back of his hand contained a compass type spherical marking's which somehow seemed to connect him with the Island and made it feel like his own home, a feeling he never before had even thaught of experiencing. It was as if he was one with the island a feeling so Exhilaratingly pleasant nothing could perfectly describe it .
"There, with it you are a part of me and can find me wherever I am and vice versa, you also gain affinity to the island to some extent." Said Serena cheerfully.
To which Zash just nodded and smiled he liked her attitude and personality, purer than anyone he had ever seen and without the corruption of mind due to nasty People's interaction with her yet.
As they talked Sylphia too joined in the trio, had a fun relaxing talk and things drifted to the other and they were either talking , passing time watching some comedic anime or movies from time to time.
After a year of doing nothing but relaxing and getting to know each other well Sylphia finally got ready and asked about dual cultivation requirements and was ready to take the risk.
"While I may say so dual cultivation is Godsend it is made to bound people to some extent like husband and wife for eternity as an example as I can feel his emotions to an extent " said Serena butting in the conversation.
Pfft~* ! Zash and Sylphia were both stunned for a time and looked at her for confirmation and asked the system too, to Zash's surprise Serena was right the feeling he thaught was of being one with the island as it's home was being with Serena itself. Which made things awkward for both Sylphia and Zash to which Serena just casually replied .
" Though it's not a bad feeling itself though, and I don't mind being with Zash as he's interesting to be around with, and I like his personality." Replied Serena innocently and as casually as she could. Which made Zash rub his nose in embarrassment. For a few minutes as if time stopped and they both were silent and even Serena kept quiet reading the mood.
" No worries I too like your personality and I wish to know you better so I'll bear your thaughts in mind as such there's no need to be embarrassed about that is it we don't even know if it's work in the first place on me, do we ?" Said Sylphia trying to act mature.
Cough * cough *
" Yeah let's try it out if you're ok with it" said Zash embarrassed at what he had just transpired and had gained a wife to cultivate with unknowingly and a seemingly Friend who he had hang out with thousand of years and many more exciting adventures to come of yet.
As such he didn't knew which lucky star he was born under to make this feat possible, he thanked the cosmic Blackhole which took him to this wonderful place .
[ Does host Zash Eleron wishes to entwine with Sylphia Rosalind to engage in dual cultivation ?

" Hmm how and what difference does this means ? Please specify more in detail what either cenarios may bring about". Asked Zash with Sylphia too looking at the jointly viewed system panel.
[1) In case the system assigned meridians to Sylphia Rosalind have a chance of getting attributes of unknown origin and mostly depending on her luck.
2) In case the host makes out new meridians himself, while the process will be tormenting such said meridians will be formed with the system's guidance and help too to gain a better effect along with gaining a better idea of your someone others preferences and personality to an extent. Along with bonus attributes and phisiques traits unknown which may have never been seen or unlocked by any dragon before".
You are to decide with your significant other to confirm it as if the other refuses the contract will be voided and it cannot be forced upon anyone unwilling ]
( WHY THE FU** DOES IT SEEM LIKE A MARRIAGE CONTACT MORE THAN A CULTIVATION ONE !? ) Zash and Sylphia thaught at the same time looking at the stupidity unfold before her own eyes Serena was laughing like crazy and just said
"See ? I was right wasn't I ? " Only to gain just a sighing stare from the both of them.
" Wait so you knew and accepted it beforehand ?" Zash asked Serena and didn't know what to say.
" Yes of course how else did you dual cultivate with me dummy ? Are you sick ? Soak in the spring more you'll get better eventually" teased Serena.
Zaah and Sylphia both looked at her tantrums and assertiveness and just kept wondering if she even had shameful moments in her own life. And knew how basic etiquettes worked and what goes around in her head all the time. ( Now they are the real Mystery ) they both mentally agreed on the same moment.

COOLASH Managed to put this through pardon for the small spelling mistakes as the damn autocorrect errors are always a big issue for me to correct I'll be sleeping now it's 7 in the morning and I had a blast for a night.
Does someone know a mobile drawing app for drawing good images not the overall ratings but accessibility and performance along with a friendly interface, if so I'd put up a few artworks of the island online according to my imagination at least (I'm not an artist on a grand scale but I'm decent enough to get things done given sufficient time and a interface to Excell my drawing skills nonetheless.)
