บท 172: The Only Exception

Qu Xing Xu smiled at Lin Xiaofei. His lips were tugging upward in a teasing smile and Lin Xiaofei knew what was about to come.

"Did you faint again?" These words hit Lin Xiaofei as if she had fallen from the sky.

Damn it.

Lin Xiaofei openly glared at him and said, "As you can see. I'm fully awake right now."

"Too bad I want to see that side of you." He pouted slightly and shrugged, "Well, this side of you is also quite good too."

Lin Xiaofei almost rolled her eyes at him. Almost. Being shameless seemed to become his trademark.

The carriage tipped to one side as he also got inside it. Qu Xing Xu didn't take his eyes off her as he noticed how her breath hitched higher than usual as if she had gone anxious from just having him there with her.
