บท 122: A Feisty Bride

After having suffered a few hours of touring the Qu residence and dealing with a certain rogue, Lin Xiaofei had enough of the nuisance as she looked at the room that was prepared for her.

The room was thirty feet long and twenty feet wide. The furniture was simple but also expensive. It seems that Qu Xing Xu spent quite a fortune to make this room to her taste.

Walking towards the bed, Lin Xiaofei touched it and felt the softness under her palm, enticing her to dive into it and roll around while dispelling her tiredness.

Doing just that, Lin Xiaofei got rid of her usual placid self and started to feel the bed under her back when suddenly, she heard a chuckle coming from somewhere inside the room.

"Enjoying yourself too much?"

Lin Xiaofei whipped her head to look at where the voice came from.

And there, the abominable roguish man was sitting on one of the two chairs in the room and behind a table with a chessboard on top.
