บท 95: The app brings in five more people

Hastin's mobile started to beep with numerous notifications. He wanted to ignore it at first. But Akemi lifted his phone and read the notification.

'The next five are ready! Be prepared to start writing.'

Another text message showed, 'since our last experiment was a failure, we have brought in a new candidate'

"What was the last experiment?" Akemi asked.

"What experiment?" Hastin blinked as he could not understand what Akemi was asking.

"It's written in this message." Akemi showed the messages that appeared on the screen.

"I think the app is talking about when I was taken to the location where the previous five were kept." He explained.

"So you visited that place and you did nothing to save them?" She asked with an angry voice.
