"What you said is true, I was unfair to you, I'm sorry?" Nadine said softly.

"Why do you do that?" Jian asked staring at Nadine for a moment then back again at the sky that was getting darker and darker, as dark as his heart now.

"I'm afraid to fall in love with you." Nadine said briefly in a low voice, bowing her head because she had to be honest with Jian.

Maybe it was about time she should discuss her fear of her feelings if Jian stuck with her always caring attitude.

Jian's heart rippled, the chill that enveloped his skin suddenly warmed.

Really his ears are not deaf, he heard Nadine say she was afraid to fall in love with him, Does that mean Nadine also has more feelings for him even though it's the tip of a nail.

"Why are you afraid to fall in love with me? do you like me too?" asked Jian, looking into Nadine's eyes who were now also looking at him.
