บท 100: Heir of Dawn (Part One)

The King remained silent once again as he just observed his sons almost like he was seeing them for the very first time.

After remaining silent for a couple of long moments, he finally broke it while asking another question and this particular one didn't seem to be aiming at the three of them.

"Anyone else who wants to join their team?"

Roselyn, Felix, and River, all three of them quickly exchanged glances as they were confused about exactly what the King was doing. Their confusion was short-lived as someone materialized inside the study before making their way toward the three of them and taking their position right next to Felix.

"Forgive me for my boldness, Your Majesty, but I too was a part of all this and I will stand by them to protect her because I too believe that Princess Roselyn is innocent," Xander confessed while bowing his head to ask for the King's forgiveness.
