Shouko was startled by the incessant sound of the voices. She blinked her blurry eyes, regaining their clarity before two faces were registered in her line of sight.

Both Kyoya and Yuuya were watching her with deep concern.

Shouko lowered her chopsticks. She looked back at the father and son. A weary smile curved on her face as she tried making herself appeared like usual.

"Daddy talked about the island. Daddy said we can go there before the new school term begins," Yuuya carefully looked at his Mommy whose face was a bit pale.

"Ah, the island... Yes, we should go there before you attend the kindergarten," Shouko barely managed to remember what they were talking about before she fell into a daze.
