By the time Kyoya arrived home after getting an emergency call from Old Toshio, the doctor sent by Shou had already finished examining his wife. To avoid disturbing Shouko, they went to speak in the hallway outside the bedroom.

"Mrs. Kashino is fine," The female doctor reassured him. "It's just that since this is her first period after her miscarriage, it turns more painful than normal. Mrs. Kashino needs to rest well and avoid exerting herself."

"Would there  any more repercussion?" Kyoya's brows were tensed as he faced the middle-aged doctor.

"We still need to observe Mrs. Kashino's condition further but, seeing from how it appears, there's nothing wrong with her. What Mrs. Kashino experiences right now is the usual symptoms a woman has for her first period after miscarried," The doctor firmly repeated her points.

"Really? That's good," A part of his worries subsided listening to the doctor.
