เรื่องย่อ
Xia Yu made a wish to eat until he vomited. And this particular wish brought him to a completely strange spirit world which was full of cuisines.
What, Chef God System?
"You need to not only satisfy normal people's appetite but also all kinds of devils and ghosts. Use your food to move them!" the old man said to him coolly.
So, Xia Yu would never stop running on the road of becoming a Chef God.

เขียนรีวิวFirst, let's start of by saying the first 5 "chapters" are info and stats, and those count in the 39 free chapters we are supposed to have, so basically we have 35 free chapters. Out of those 35 I read 15 because the translation is pretty bad. On some parts it is still readable but slightly annoying, the other parts feel like an edited MTL novel. Meaning that some parts don't make any sense. I would like and reccomend this novel if the translation was better.
Should I trust and read a chinese novel with the word Japan in the title? My gut feeling tells me I shouldn't.
Just a head start, this novel author is probably a fan of food war since the character are used from there. Since no one point it out, I just want to put it so you guys can know. No one is really giving any information in their reviews.
I put down the novel after a few first chapters. I should have gone a few more chs but wondered. What the heck with all those stats ? Was it necessary ? Will stats becomes important ? Can anyone guarantees that there not be chapters and another chapters only to show stats ? Worst I only find stats and more stats after I used my precious pass ? It's seems to me putting down the novel was the logical answer.. sorry.
56 chapters only. I can only give you 1 star if you rob me of my chapters. Sorry😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌
Okay so I really like Gourmet of Another world type stories and from the summary I thought that the mc would be feeding literal ghosts on the side, ya know, like a supernatural horror cooking thing in modern times. Spoiler. It’s not. Very sad. Anyway the story is pretty much placed in a Food Wars parody. Which is sort of cringe in my opinion. They use the same characters and stuff like the school and gourmet associations etc. The MC (a bit like Soma from Foodwars) has a small family restaurant run by his gramps- except the old man literally didn’t teach him how to cook until like a day after he got his cooking system. The cooking system is pretty straightforward- be the best- and it seems a lot more versatile and useful than some other systems but not too OP. Unlike Food Wars MC doesn’t want to go to the fancy cook school and just wants to run the restaurant. I quite like MC’s personality which is far more active than Bu Fang’s from Gourmet of Another World. He seems more positive and it’s clear that he’s quite hardworking. I’ve read more than I thought I would because I don’t mind seeing his journey as a chef but... the Food Wars references which I thought was a fun easter egg at first became a full blown thing and I don’t know, it’s like meh to me. I’ll keep it around 4* since the pacing isn’t bad, the mc is like able enough, the cooking description is very good and if you can get over the food war thing overall it’s a good read to pass the time. ...I still want a supernatural cooking story in the modern world tho QAQ
I like food novels and I’m enjoying this one. The main character has a lot more personality, is less detached and more likeable than the leads of Gourmet Food Supplier and Gourmet of Another World. Good food descriptions and interesting world building. Overall, enjoyable and a good read.
Cooljsununubunubunububunununubbubububububububbubnynu. Idk. ....................................................................................
It sucks...it was good at first so thumbs up to that🥳 but in the end...it still sucks. Probably gonna be my least favorite if the bro one turns out to be better than this, btw I like the chaotic city novel.
Not to my liking. Also 1 2 3 4 chapters are just convinced me not to read it anymore, what the **** was that? Can author put it on auxiliary or just don't write it? What the ****

You did a great job with this story I love how you portrayed the main character and I think you did a great job balancing the system this story has a great plot so far and I just really can't wait to see what you do next keep up the great work!
Good novel it was like "Food Wars" but the mc is a reincarnated person and the plot was good I personally like it.............................
เปิดเผยสปอยเลอร์Pretty good! The protagonist's goal is to run the best restaurant in the world. His power curve seems kind of wack, but I'm along for the ride. The references make more sense if you've read the Shokugeki no Souma and Toriko manga.
I would like for the author to update on on the book right away please. I like the combination of different books and just concentrating on thr ml lead.
Great book to read! I really like Gourmet of Another world type stories and from the summary I thought that the mc would be feeding literal ghosts on the side, ya know, like a supernatural horror cooking thing in modern times.
It is said that my review should be more that 140 characters but I think that that’s bull**** so ima just spam words cause I hate reading two chapters a day from liked comics also I’ll be copying this
Almost heaven, West Virginia Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah River Life is old there, older than the trees Younger than the mountains, growin' like a breeze Country roads, take me home To the place I belong West Virginia, mountain mama Take me home, country roads All my memories gather 'round her Miner's lady, stranger to blue water Dark and dusty, painted on the sky Misty taste of moonshine, teardrop in my eye
Very very very very very very very good. Idk just haven’t seen many like it. Plot was interesting, but it transitions a bit slow. I hate waiting weeks
